Privacy notice

What personal information Cubetech Solutions collects through this website, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Last updated 19 September 2026

This website is operated by Cubetech Solutions ("we", "us"), and we decide how the personal information described here is used. For any question about this notice or your information, email [email protected].

When you request a demo, request a proposal or send us an enquiry, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the product or service you are interested in, how you heard about us, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and when you sent it.

To protect the site from automated spam, we also store your browser's user-agent string and a salted, one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us limit how many requests arrive from one connection, but it cannot be turned back into your IP address.

We use your enquiry to respond to it: to arrange a demo, prepare a proposal or answer your question, and to keep a record of our conversation with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

When you submit the form, we email its details to our sales team and send you a confirmation. Both emails go through our own mail server.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, such as in the EU and the UK, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us and in protecting the site from abuse, and, when you ask for a demo or proposal, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as which pages people visit and whether they reach the demo and proposal forms. It loads only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or make no choice, no analytics code runs and no analytics cookies are set.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which last up to two years, and Google processes information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your approximate location and your device type, on our behalf. Google may process this information outside your country; its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy explains how.

We set one cookie of our own, cubetech_consent, which remembers for 12 months whether you accepted or declined analytics. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie choices link at the bottom of every page.

Staff who sign in to our administration area receive a session cookie that keeps them signed in. Visitors never receive it.

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any working relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Our database backups, which may include enquiries, are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Your enquiry is stored on servers we operate, and only our staff who handle enquiries can see it. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to. Google receives analytics information only if you accept analytics cookies.

The site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiries can be viewed only by signed-in staff, and every action in our administration area requires the matching permission.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time through Cookie choices.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This website is intended for businesses and organisations and is not directed at children.

If the way we handle personal information changes, we will update this notice and the date at the top of it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It loads only if you accept, and you can change your mind at any time under Cookie choices. Read our privacy notice.
