Each claim cites the document, page and region it came from, highlighted in the viewer. Answers from spreadsheets cite the sheet and row.

Layout-aware ingestion
Tables and page structure survive ingestion, and scanned documents are read with OCR.

How is Provena priced?
Pricing depends on the modules you need, the number of users and how the platform is deployed. We prepare a tailored proposal after an initial conversation. There is no fixed list price.
Where do Provena's answers come from?
Only from the documents you give it. Provena checks each claim against its sources before answering, and when the documents do not contain the answer it tells you so instead of guessing.
Can it run without sending our documents to the cloud?
Yes. Provena runs on your own servers and works with self-hosted language models, so documents and questions can stay inside your network. Cloud models are an option, not a requirement.
Which file types can we upload?
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CSV. Scanned PDFs are read with OCR, and tables keep their structure so figures can be cited to the row.
